UPDATED – November 18, 2019: Good credit scores don’t happen overnight. It can take years of wise financial decisions and be paying bills off on time to generate a better score.
However, a poor credit score is something that can happen quickly. When suffering from this, it makes applying for any form of additional lines of credit difficult, including CC’s.
The Surge card is perfect for those that are still working on improving their score. These kinds of accounts are designed more to help build the score back up.
While there may not be many associated perks, it is there as a stepping stone. When used correctly and when paid off on time, it can be the catalyst to an improved score.
With a Surge Credit Card Login individuals can manage their online profile. As mentioned before this is a CC designed for those people with a poor credit history. If you fall into this category, you may want to consider this CC.
On the flip side, if your score is excellent, there are many other options you’ll likely want to consider as this one does not come with many perks or bonuses.
Manage Your Surge Credit Card Login
To manage your payments online, you’ll need to head over to surgecardinfo.com.
Once on the Continental Finance website, select the “Login” option in the upper right corner.
When logging on for the first time, you’ll need to enter your name, billing address, CC number and some other basic information.
After you have completed the Surge credit card login, you’ll need to associated your checking account. From here, you’ll be able to make payments and log on whenever you want to see your current billing statement.
The major advantage is that it is available to those with a poor or low FICO score. Whether you have poor credit or none at all, you can apply for a Surge Credit Card at surgecardinfo.com.
When you make purchases with this, you receive monthly reporting from three bureaus. This way, you can see how your FICO score is improving over time. Outside of this, though, there are not many specific perks associated with the option.
Designed for people with bad or no credit, this does not have many perks.
To apply for the CC, you must have a checking account. So, make sure you have one up and running before you apply. Without a checking account in place, individuals will not be approved.
Another downside is the initial limit is just $500. You may need more money than this, but if you’re just starting off in the world of CC accounts, using it just for gas or small purchases, it will do fine. For anything larger than this you likely will need a different card.
A final downside is that you may need to pay anywhere from $50 to $500 for a security deposit. Individuals will eventually get this money back once they have proven ability to use the account responsibly.
This initial money is needed to ensure approval. If you don’t have the available money, you will not receive the card.
In connection with the security deposit, there is no listed APR. The APR percentage will vary heavily on what kind of FICO score you have. There also isn’t an introductory APR, so you’ll be stuck paying the full interest rate the moment you begin using your account.
