How to Manage My Estub Employee Portal

How to Login to www.my-estub.com

Logging into your My Estub Paperless Pay account is a simple few step process.

Once you have set up your account, you have access to view your paystubs in real time while reducing the waste of paper processed payroll.

Refer to the step-by-step instructions that we have provided to get started with your paystub login.

  1. Navigate in your browser to my-estub.com
  2. Select the “Employee Portal” tab that is located on the top left section of the screen to begin setup.
  3. Enter in your user identification and your default password. Your username will be PPC + your employee number + the first four letters of your first name. 
  4. Once you have logged in, you will want to replace the default password with a new password of your choosing. 
  5. Choose the security questions and provide the answer for the ability to be able to recover your password if forgotten.

Your default password will be PPC + 001. Your payroll department may provide you with your own instructions for the initial username and password setup.

Setting Up Account Preferences

You can customize your My Estub paystub portal by selecting your preferences for a variety of functions.

From the employee portal, you can go through the setup wizard to customize preferences for:

  • Your email subscriptions
  • Your W2 delivery
  • Your text message notifications
  • The payment listings on your paystub
